1. The service

CVGlow helps users tailor their resumes to job postings, generate documents, and track their applications. The service provides software assistance only and does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or employment.

2. Your account

Access to the application requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and not use CVGlow to process unlawful content or third-party content you are not authorized to use. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use CVGlow.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Dodopayments. Prices, billing periods, usage limits, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Paid access is activated after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Credit packs are non-transferable and expire on the dates shown at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Where required by applicable law (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for users resident in the European Union), additional statutory rights may apply.

5. Intellectual property

Resumes, personal data, work experience, and content you provide remain yours. CVGlow retains all rights in its trademarks, interfaces, copy, templates, code, and technical assets. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the service; resell credits; submit content that infringes the rights of others; attempt to bypass usage limits; or use CVGlow to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI-assisted output

CVGlow uses automated processing and large language models to tailor resumes. You remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, and validating any output before sending it to a recruiter, platform, or other third party. Output is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies.

8. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data subject to applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CVGlow does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVGlow's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid CVGlow in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. CVGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Termination

You may delete your account from the settings page at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued operation would be unlawful. Account deletion may result in the permanent deletion of your resumes, applications, and related data, subject to legal retention obligations.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. This clause does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves or as required by law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders before they take effect; continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
